Employees are Recognized as “Stars” The AOPHA (Association of Philanthropic Homes for the Aged) “Stars” employee recognition awards are given annually to non-supervisory staff who exhibits an excellent work ethic, and a commitment to serving our residents with a caring spirit, compassion, and dignity. This spring our residents and staff were given the opportunity to nominate staff who they feel are worthy of this honor. These employees were honored at an AOPHA “Stars” awards luncheon at Cedar Village in Mason, Ohio.
