Cook
Description: Prepares appealing, nutritious food in accordance with state, federal and local regulations, and company standards for Hill View residents, employees, visitors, the Meals on Wheels Program, and the general public.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Formal food preparation experience and/or training preferred.
Qualifications: Previous food preparation experience in a health care facility or professional business preferred. Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload independently.
Cook’s Helper
Description: Assists Cooks in the preparation of appealing, nutritious food in accordance with state, federal and local regulations, and company standards for Hill View residents, employees, visitors, the Meals on Wheels Program, and the general public.
Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school. Formal food preparation experience preferred.

Dishwasher
Description: Maintains kitchen dishwashing work area in clean and orderly condition. Cleans dishes, pots and pans, and utensils according to standardized processes that comply with federal and state sanitation requirements.
Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school.
Qualifications: Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload independently.
Housekeeper
Description: Primarily responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Health Care Unit and the common areas of the Rotunda building. Responsible for providing laundry services for the Health Care Unit and for Health Care residents.
Education/Experience: Must have completed at least two years of high school. At least three months previous experience in facility housekeeping/laundry position preferred.
Qualifications: Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to organize work activities with minimal supervision. Must be able to set priorities and plan workload independently.
LPN - Assisted Living
Description: Primarily responsible for delivering and supervising nursing care and services to residents in our 42 bed and 25 bed Assisted Living units. Responsible for responding to medical needs of Independent Living residents when Clinic is closed. Responsible for monitoring care delivery, to assure that established standards of care are followed, and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Education/Experience: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
Qualifications: Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Ohio required. Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills.

Description: Primarily responsible for delivering nursing care and services to residents in a 72 bed skilled nursing unit. Responsible for monitoring care delivery, to assure that established standards of care are followed, and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Education/Experience: Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
Qualifications: Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Ohio required. Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills.
