Hill View Retirement Center was founded under the auspices of, and is related to the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church. It is a not-for-profit corporation that has been in operation since 1975. Hill View is a continuing care retirement community situated on twenty beautifully landscaped acres. Three levels of living are available to those who reside here. Independent living apartments and cottages, in addition to assisted living and nursing home rooms, are occupied by over 300 fine people from our area and throughout the United States.
Honesty, integrity, spirituality, a positive attitude, education, having fun, being flexible, and excellence in all that we undertake are the values shared by those who wear the Hill View badge.
The Otie Award
The Otie award is given annually in honor of former Hill View resident, Reverend Otis Bell. The award is given to an employee whose contributions have made Hill View a better place to live and work
Hill View's employees are the most important ingredient in fulfilling our mission to "serve aging individuals in a Christian atmosphere of dignity, caring, and respect."
Mission
We achieve our mission through a variety of means. The Eden Alternative, spirituality, socialization, nutritious meals three times a day, clinic services, assisted living, nursing care, cultural opportunities, travel, educational programs, art classes, and music all contribute to provide the fine quality of life that is available to our residents at Hill View.
